Alaric Albiso Project Manager
Alaric has been working for JOA Management since 2012, but he has grown up in the industry. He started out as an Assistant Site Inspector and is now Project Manager overseeing all Regional Site Inspectors. He specializes in dealing with the State and Regional Waterboard and working with the Waterboard's SMART system.

Roger, a Navy Veteran, for many years worked in workplace safety and storeroom keeping; instructing OSHA classes. He now specializes in Industrial Hazardous Waste Containment and Industrial SWPPPs.

Anthony Aguayo Construction Manager
Anthony started working for JOA Management in 2012. He is the primary contact in the field and oversees all trades and sub-contractors for all Construction and Construction Management projects. He is also an Assistant Site Inspector in the Stormwater Management Division.
Paul Garcia, Administrator
Paul started with JOA Management in 2015. With his degree in Organizational Communications from CalPoly; he is the primary office Administrator with duties to include: logistics, record archiving/file management and asset procurement. His wonderful personality brings such brightness to our daily atmosphere. He looks forward to assisting with your business needs.
